  2. Come to Memphis Tennessee, the home of the Blues. The Blues started by slaves singing of their sadness. One day a slave sang a song called the Memphis Blues. It became a famous song.

  3. Come to Virginia, home of the historical land mark Jamestown. Jamestown was first discovered by English Colonists in 1607. Jamestown had a lot of diseases. But by 1627, things were looking up for the English colonists. They had found a crop that grows really well, tobacco.

  4. Come to the John F. Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. This space center is one of the 13 active space centers in America. The first man in space was launched in a pod here.

  5. Come to the humongous Appalachian mountains. There are a lot of miners in the Appalachian mountains. The miners search for coal to produce electricity. The Appalachian mountains go through several different states.
