1. Child Development Centre – Pathway onto the world of Child Education Our mission is modest – to create educators and students who are equipped to face the challenges of the 21st century. The secret is to change the way people think about learning. It is possible more than ever to create educational avenues that are self directed, social and enriched. This requires new tools and models, but more importantly a paradigm shift in the way people thinks about learning. This is true for all people, not just educators, because in the 21st century, we are all educators. Consequently, we can all learn better. Our pathway onto the world of education involves enriching the teaching learning process by delivering an interactive curriculum and empowering the educator as a facilitator rather than an instructor. It is the evolving role of the facilitator to encourage the child to be fully engaged in the two way process of learning.

2. It is our position that learning should lead to personal and social transformation. Our philosophy is deeply influenced by dynamic thinkers from Howard Gardner to Reggio Emilia, Vygotsky to Henry David Thoreau, Jean Paul Sartre to Jean Piaget- and countless souls in between.
