The LSI’s Mission The Leadership & Sustainability Institute for Black Male Achievement (LSI) is a national membership network that seeks to ensure the growth, sustainability, and impact of leaders and organizations across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors committed to improving the life outcomes of black men and boys through systemic change.

What We Do • Provide Capacity Building • Provide and connect leaders and orgs to capacity‐building services to grow and sustain their impact • Support Networks • Support existing and create new networks as vehicles for leaders and orgs to come together to learn, connect, and collaborate • Showcase & Spread What Works • Showcase and spread what works and fuel the momentum for a national movement • Share Effective Messages • Develop common messaging/narrative for leaders and orgs to communicate their work to a wide range of audiences
