Developing a new drug can cost billions of dollars and take as long as 14 years. Yet with all that effort, only 8 percent of drugs make it to market. AI startup Atomwise believe GPU-accelerated deep learning can help. By using the technology to help predict which molecules are most likely to lead to treatments, researchers can make better decisions about which potential medicines to test and develop.
