INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE VITIVINICULTURA Management of the trazability PROGRAM OF NORMS OF QUALITY AND TRAZABILITY Norma IRAM 14548 It establishes requirements for a system of management of the trazability in the chain Norma IRAM 14550 It establishes a guide for the effective application of the requirements of IRAM 14548. They are applicable to all the links of the process: vineyards, wineries, deposits, transports, enology suppliers and services.
