  2. Explaining parasitism. • Parasites can harm humans,animals,and even your house. • Ticks attach themselves to humans and your pets and they feed off your blood. • Bed bugs are the parasites that ruin your house. They live in your bed and bite you while you sleep.

  3. Recent stories about ticks • Recently a study has documented arapid growth in Canada of ticks that can cause Lyme disease, and they think global warming is might be a factor.
