Processing First Aid Injuries - Record on OSHA 2014 log - Record on CA-1 or CA-2 form and file in student’s medical file - Pink copy of form marked “First Aid” sent to OASAM Safety and Health Manager
Serious Injuries notResulting in Separation Injuries requiring medical treatment beyond first aid – may include lost time

Serious Injuries Resulting in Separation Injuries requiring significant medical attention and serious enough to result in student’s separation from Job Corps
