  2. 90-90-90 – Introduction(1) • NDoH is working towards achieving the 90-90-90 targets for TB and HIV by 2020 • Progress against the 90-90-90 targets are monitored through a set of cascades and tracer indicators • Targets are distributed from district level down to facility level • District and facility level targets are a disaggregation of the national level targets

Scenarios – (45 min) • The purpose of the exercise is to support participants to establish a direct link between THIS line lists/reports, and the 90-90-90 cascades • This exercise will take the form of a discussion amongst all participants • Each of the three 90-90-90 pillars for both ART and TB will be discussed separately • 45 minutes (approx. 5 minutes per pillar and 15 minutes to conclude)

  9. 90-90-90 Exercise (45 mins) Which TIER.Net line list or report addresses each of the targets for both TB/HIV? Remember TIER.Net is aligned with these 90-90-90 goals • PLHIV with known status/Lab tested for TB (1st 90) • 90% of all people living with HIV will know their HIV status • 90% of all people screened positive for TB are lab tested for TB • Example of relevant HIV and TB reports • PLHIV on ART/Initiated on TB treatment (2nd 90) • 90% of all people with diagnosed HIV infection will receive sustained antiretroviral therapy • 90% of all people lab diagnosed for TB that start treatment • Example of relevant TB and HIV line list and reports • PLHIV VL Suppressed/TB Treatment success (3rd 90) • 90% of all people receiving antiretroviral therapy will have viral suppression • 90% of all people who start TB treatment successfully complete treatment • Example of relevant TB and HIV line list and reports
