This checklist will be used during the preparatory meetings for all definable features of work. These Checklist will be filed and will become part of the contract file.

The Initial phase procedures shall be repeated for each definable phase of work as defined in 2.6.2.5, and for each new on-site crew prior to work on-site, or anytime the established quality level of workmanship is not being met.
