Research Questions What services are most used by students? Are the services useful for specific groups? What potential services would be useful to add What is the satisfaction level of users with the library services and the library website in particular?
Goals To gather data that will show patterns to help improve the AUP library Website and possibly identify the issues that may discourage some AUP students from using the library regularly.
