  3. General NMISC issues: JOS Joint Oversight Subcommittee (JOS) responsible for NSS/MIC site selection • Currently there is a call for volunteers amongst the NMISC membership (one member to be elected for a two year term from NMISC) • Expected completion date: April 2014 01 March 2014

General NMISC issues • Technical co-sponsorship of PET-MR/SPECT-MR (PSMR) meetingapproved for a year • There will be NPSS newsletters included in the distributed material, including announcements for the NSS/MIC 2014 meeting • Members of NMISC in the organizing committee: Paul Marsden, George Loudos, DimitrisVisvikis • Plans underway for the organisation of a special issue with TNS-NMIS (appoint senior issue editor, number of papers, etc) 01 March 2014 01 March 2014

  5. NSS/Medical Imaging Conference (past) • 2013, Seoul: • 2096 registrations, 60 commercial booths • 60k$-70k$ projected positive income 01 March 2014

NSS/Medical Imaging Conference (status and plans) • 2014, Seattle, WA: Tony Lavietes is General Chair; Georges El Fakhri will be the MIC Program Chair. • 2015: VesnaSossiis General Chair; Adam Alessio will be the MIC Program Chair. • 2016, Strasbourg, France: Maxim Titov is General Chair (CC contract under review, started putting committee together) • 2017, North America: Chattanooga, Atlanta, Ottawa (reports from JOS expected by April/May 2014) • 2018: Proposals from Australia and Japan 01 March 2014
