TMS / LMS Industry Overview • Training Administration Systems have been around for 10-15 years (TrainingServer started in 1989) • TMS/LMS as currently perceived only around for last 12-24 months • Industry fragmented, with many players and frequent new entrants • Despite buzz, entire industry is just starting to be recognized by corporate America • Software business model (License + Maintenance fees); advanced players moving to ASP & marketplace models • THINQ is complementary to TMS/LMS
