What to do • Stage II -- October 2002 Preparation Collect relevant information and materials in library-hunt or web-sites Draft information for display board exhibition and design a game stall.
What to do • Stage III -- October 2002 ~ February 2003 Monitoring Progress 1. Submit work plan 2. Supervisors hold regular meetings with group members • 1st meeting: 15 - 30 /10 • 2nd meeting: 01 - 19 /12 • 3rd meeting: 17 - 28 /02
3. Submit the progress report at the end of each month 4. Submit the logbook (1st time) Content of logbook (first submission) • a cover with design • names, class & class number of all members of the group • a content page • name of the game stall and the stall number
Objective (s) of the display broad and the game • content displayed on board • rules of the game • awards system: maximum of 3 stamps will be given to the participants • the design and layout of the game stall • records of the process • e.g. photos, minutes, etc • duty roster for 2 games day • estimated expenditure
What to do • Stage IV -- March 2002 Class Presentation Present displayed information and idea of the game stall in class on 3/3/03 and 17/3/03.
What to do • Stage V -- March 2002 Final Presentation 1. Prepare and decorate the display board and the game stall on 26/3.
What to do 2. Run the game stall for F.1 and F.2 students on 27/3 and 28/3.
What to do 3. Submit the logbook (2nd time) • Content of logbook (second submission) • records / illustration of the games day with some photos • cash report • evaluation of the operation of the game stall • evaluation of individual member • individual project journal • progress report • duty list of the project • bibliography
What to do • Stage VI -- May & June 2003 Reflection and Evaluation 1. 4th meeting with supervisor (Evaluation and reflection of the process of the project learning + collection of scripts / logbooks) 2. Hall assembly: Experience sharing with F.2 schoolmates.
