DAY OF EXAM • Remember two forms of ID (one a legal government issued photo ID; one verifying name and signature) • Prior to beginning the exam, you’ll capture your photograph using the computer terminal (will also print on your score report) • You can take a break, but can’t make up time • The CPHQ prep course will provide tips

AFTER THE EXAM • Testing agency forwards list of passing candidates to HQCB monthly (first week of month for previous month) • HQCB sends a “congratulations letter,” CPHQ pin, and multiple informational items about 2 weeks after the close of the month • Person who passes on first of month = 6 weeks for packet • Person who passes at end of month = 2 weeks

  20. AFTER THE EXAM • Official certificate for framing will arrive separately about 4 weeks after you receive the HQCB packet! • Recertification: • Every two years • Requires 30 CPHQ CEU’s and $175 • CEU’s maintained by you in table on NAHQ/CPHQ website • Guidelines on NAHQ website @ CPHQ
