  2. Preface of the constitution says • It is committed for providing social, economic and political justice, the freedom to express one’s views, the rights to dignity and equal opportunities to all citizens of India.

  3. Facts are, • In India, every day three Dalits are killed, four dalit houses are burnt and three dalit women are raped • 40 million are bonded labor (15 Million are children ) • 2.3 million are Manual Scavengers in India.

  5. Manual Scavenging Practice “It is clear that impure work was done by the slaves and that the impure work included scavenging.” - Dr. B.R. Ambedkar • The issue is not Employment; But abolition of slavery
