Educational and teaching objectives • To stimulate interest in knowing about the environment, the local area and intercultural relations. • To create the space and conditions required for creativity, encouraging the joy of spending time together. • To become familiar with and make use of, information technology.
Remedial and development classes To develop a way of studying from the following options: • Modulating across disciplines • Providing remedial lessons and tutorial support in the afternoons • Flexible timetabling in skier classes • Personalising courses for student athletes • Interdisciplinary activities
Scientific projects • GRYBB project: Comenius on themes related to sport and education • Energy project: in collaboration with ARPA and Bioetica networks; deepening resources and savings for the scientific school • Environment project: Interreg ‘Mountains born of the sea’; visits to the local area; collaboration with TOROC
Humanities Projects • Literature and creative writing workshop, reading daily newspapers in class • Educational workshop ‘Sacred places’ • Work on theses • Educational workshop ‘Symbolic aspects of being in Italy form a foreigner’s perspective after 11 September, 2001’

Languages …How? • Studying towards recognised language qualifications as part of the curriculum (English and German) or in extra-curricular afternoon lessons (French and Spanish). • Studying humanities or scientific subjects in a foreign language and educational visits to France (Galerie Euréka Chambéry) • Showing foreign language films.

Snow Schools project • Voluntary work experience at the World Cup Winter Sport finals in March 2004 · Training courses on hosting large sporting events in collaboration with CONI-HAD · Winter sports familiarisation courses in collaboration local Ski Schools · Sport School classes and special attention for student athletes · Climbing courses
