ETF Sarajevo - Basic Information • Established in 1961. • 14703 students, 4337 Engineers, 279 M.Sc. and 68 Ph.D. • Fully employed teaching staff: 51 (32+19), • Part time: 80 (18+72). • Current academic year: • Undergraduate students 1400 • Graduate students 200 • Located in University Campus, in recently reconstructed building with area of 3200 m2. with additional working area of about 1700m2. in construction. • Departments: • Automatics and Electronics, • Computing and Informatics, • Power Engineering and • Telecommunications. Assessment of Students • There are too many examination terms (8 or 9 during academic year) • Students do not know preciselythe criteria for evaluation, stating that the overall process lacks transparency. • Continuous assessment - decrease in the number of examination terms • Improvement of the objectivity and transparency of the assessment.
