  5. Benefit to the Company:- Highlights :- Live Link of Raipur & SKYPE through VPN. Installations of Laptops at SSS & Recovery. Resolved the Server Problem on same day. Prepared Incentive for Feb-Mar’13.

Point No.1:- (Live Link of VPN in Raipur Office )Done by Mr. Deepak Kumar & Mr. DushynatKohliWe have get link live of VPN in Raipur office which is down from last 1 month due to burnt of router & earthing issues. After get approval we have get router replaced & installed all necessary applications including SKYPE which is not working from last 4 months. User Satisfaction report. Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvements

Point No.2:- Installations of Laptops in SSS and recovery:-Done by Mr. OpinderKrishan& Rohit Kumar We have successfully installed laptops in SSS and Recovery on 1st & 12 th Oct’13which we have spared. Actually system was not working properly from long time & demands for new laptop. The Cost of new laptop Rs.22000/-. If laptop purchase from market then company will loss Rs.44000/- From our engineer effort the cost has been saved. User Satisfaction Report:- Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvements

Point No.3:- (Resolved the issue of Server)Done by Mr. Deepak Kumar & Mr. DushynatKohliWe have resolved the issue of server on dt. 11th Oct’13 due to over dumping of cache memories & updataions of the servers. We have resolved the issues on the same day & restored all necessary databases on the same day. From this effort we have lived data server on same day. If servers get down in that case we will get loss of lacs. But from the efforts of our engineers we have saved cost as well as time of the company. Restored Databases. Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvements

  9. Point No.4:- (Release Incentive of Feb-Mar’13)Done by Deepak Kumar & Manvi Sharma.Successfully released incentive for 2 Months (Feb-Mar’13) on 31st Oct’13. In this incentive we have put easy calculations for checking. Through this we have also saved the time of checking.

  10. Innovative IDEA:- Highlights :- 1. Plan for Implementations of Microsoft Licence. 2. Trainning to Inspection Team. 3. Prepared Map for Brouchers & Logistics Website. 4. Networking in Pharmacy.

Point No.1:- Plan for installations of Windows 8 Licence:-Done by Mr. Deepak Kumar & Mrs. Manvi Sharma We have make plan for installations of Windows 8 Licence in our Company after successful testing in NIC. We have installed windows 8 Licence in 3 Laptops : • Deepak Kumar (NIC) • Mr. Vinod Kumar (MRI) • Mr. YograjVerma (CHD) Below is the Screen shot of windows 8 Points reflects to mission – User Satisfactions

  12. Point No.2:-(Trainning given to Inspection Team for Piracy Software)Done by Mr. Deepak Kumar & MrsManvi Sharma.We have given trainning to Inspection team for finding piracy software. For this we have given him Belarc Software. Through this software they can find all information of computer hardware and software. Below is the screenshot of AMC Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvement

Point No.3:-(Networking in Pharmacy)Done by Mr. Rohit Kumar & Mr. Ankush Hans.We have Networking in Pharmacy as advised by Lalit Sir, Actually they are connecting 2 computers through our servers. For this we have installed 8 ports switch & connected both computers to each other. Below is the satisfaction report of users Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvement

  14. Point No.4:- (Prepared Maps for Brouchers & Website:-)Done by Mr. Nitin Sharma We have prepared Map for Brouchers & Nitco Website on 24th Oct’13 as advised by MD Sir & Ms. Kalindi Bhalla. After finalising Brouchers will be printed & given to all staff as well as our valued customers Layout of Maps in Website Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvement

  15. Hurdles:- 1. Facing problems due to shortage of staff. Solutions: We have get 1 Person from POD after his judgement for half day. 2. UTM Firewall Dlink. Solutions: After 2 month we get approval from MD Sir.

  16. Future Plans for M/O Nov13 1. Seminar for Open Office, Antivirus, Piracy & other tools. 2. Trainning of SKYPE to SOT & HPD . 3. Installations of Windows 8 in HOJ. 4. Upgradations of Data Server. 5. Installations of Open Office & Antivirus in Branches. 6. VPN insallations in ADR office. 7. Renewal of Vodafone Spacenet Ltd. 8. Installation of UTM firewall at HO.
