Waterways Action Plan • A joint project of the Marine Industry, USCG, and USACE • The Waterways Action Plan (WAP) provides the marine industry USCG, USACE, States and local governments with a plan for facilitating the safe and orderly movement of traffic during extreme conditions on the inland rivers • Living document • Reviewed in August of each year
