(The general PM motor for injection molding machine has resolver as encoder since it can cover harsh environment and economic.) • FPID based on PLC built in C2000. (The pressure com. & feed. go to PID control, and quantity command must be as the PID output limitation namely Pr08-05 (PQC). So we must use PLC for realizing the necessary logic.) FAQ How can we adjust to C2000 when the pressure overshoot is too big ? If the pressure overshoot is too big, we must reduce the Kp of PID (08-01), and ASR bandwidth (11-03 11-04 11-05). How can we know how big inverter we should choose for injection molding machine ? The customer should tell us the pressure (bar) and flow (L/min) or Pump Outlet (CC/rev) to us, and the we can calculate the current we need, and we can choose the inverter based on the current.
