  2. Purpose of Creation • The Fish Feeder Fantastic was created to automatically feed my fish while getting socks for school in the morning.

  3. Chain Reaction Elements • The drawer is opened • Motion of drawer pulls string • Lid of fish tank closes • Food falls into tank

  5. Problems During the Building Process • Because of the moisture on the fish tank lid we unable to tape or glue the cup to the lid. • The cup could not be filled with food for the next feeding because the food would fall out of the cup.

  6. Solutions to Problems during Building • I put a piece of cardboard in the lid and stapled a cup to it. Because the cardboard was cut to size it didn’t need to be taped or glued to the lid. • The cup was cut so that it could be filled without the food falling out but the food would still empty into the tank during feeding.
