Scrutiny, notice on any additional information required or incomplete Application if any • 15 days • 30 days If no response No improvement FBO files additional required information Inspection of premises & issue inspection report, improvement notice No inspection No improvement Either grant or reject the license Within 60 days of receipt of completed application or within 30 days of inspection If inspection report not processed Fresh application After 90 days
