O’HAGIN PROVIDES A COMPLETE ATTIC VENTILATION ANALYSIS PROGRAM – FREE! Attic Ventilation Analysis provides a complete plan review for a project’s attic ventilation system, consisting of code-required calculations, attic vent quantities and a roof plan detailing the proper placement of vents for adequate ventilation. It’s as easy as 1-2-3! 1. Requirements: • Completed Project Checklist (shown on back) • Architectural roof plan(s) for each elevation type including building cross sections, preferably in AutoCAD (.dwg) file format, or • Architecturally-dimensioned floor plan(s) for each elevation type, including building cross sections • Include any other relevant information specific to the project, such as fuel-burning appliances in the attic space. 2. Read: •Authorization. At its discretion, O’Hagin is authorized to submit all plans and materials to an outside consulting service provider or representative for review. O’Hagin is not responsible for any loss or damage of any submitted materials. •Responsibility: Final responsibility for compliance with all ordinances, regulations, codes, etc., for any submitted project remains with the architects, builders and contractors associated with that project. Recipients agree to hold harmless and indemnify O’Hagin and its agents from any loss, cost or expense associated with this free service. •Reminder: Compliance with attic ventilation requirements should always be verified at the local governing level. 3.
