17. PRODUCTION TERMS What does THAT mean? • Production Order (PdO) The plan for what will happen at each step of production • Express Executes the plan. Expressing an order for wort consumes the raw materials and creates wort. • Bill of Materials (BoM) Your recipe! Everything that goes into creating each step of your beer! • Tanks & Warehouses OBeer considers tanks to be “warehouses” for the purposes of tracking inventory, even if they’re on the same site.
