Application related : Service space • Mistake : • Installation location outdoor create air - recirculation • Problem : • Outdoor temp is 27°C, but at inlet condensor VRV it is 40°C. • Efficiency & life time go down, unit can trip on HP safety • Advise : • Respect installation service space advised by Daikin
Application related : Temperature control • Mistake : • Bad location remote sensor • Problem : • Unit stops although set temperature is not reached • Advise : • Never install remote sensor where discharge air can influence the sensor Remote air sensor influenced by discharge air unit COLD AIR

Application related : Temperature control Problem: Overheating of a small room where temperature control seems to not work. Why? • Indoor units are running in heating mode • 2. Same system airconditions rooms with different load or application. • Example: a perimetral landscape office requires heating while small interior meeting rooms require cooling or at least no heating. 3. The expansion valve is set to a bleeding openning between 150 and 240 pulses, in order to avoid accumulation of refrigerant and oil in the coil

Countermeasure: • Install Remote sensor • Disable the Remote controller sensor • Enable the Heating optimization function of the Intelligent Touch Controller: the indoor unit fan is forced off at the thermostat off.
