  5. Please read the Service Agreement completely

  6. Main Page This page shows what test information is available and how many have been completed

  7. Below shows the test, cohort, how many are open, how many are in progress, and how many are completed and if the test is open or closed By clicking here, you can go to the screen which allows you to conduct the test

  8. Click here to "Add Authorizations" or open more tests to be administered

  9. Enter the number of tests to be taken during the testing secion. (The number can not be greater than the "# Unassigned") Then click "Add Authorizations" again.

  10. Notice the number of open records have changed Next click on the "# Open" number.

  11. You may click the "Download" link to get a copy of the Authorization codes to use in assigning tests to students.

  12. You may insert names in the fith column. The course is shown in the second column. The authorization code is shown in the first column. Use this spread sheet to track of who you have assigned which codes.

  13. Click here when the student is ready to take the test.

  14. Select a "Date Filter" option to view the test scores.

  15. Select the name of the student to see their test score analysis.
