  6. Binet (1905) mengembangkan tes inteligensi disebut skala Binet – Simon terdiri dari 30 aitem (mengevaluasi ID dalam kecerdasan manusia). Terman (1916) melakukan revisi (standardized dengan 1000 subjek, revisi aitem diganti dengan aitem baru) Stanford-Binet Inteligence.
