  3. Who we are and what we do… One Housing Group are a Registered Social Landlord. Provide social or affordable housing for people in housing need. Develop private sale and market rent properties under Citystyle Brand. Profit made gets put back into achieving our core purpose.

  4. My Role at OHG Work in the Development Team. Project Manager in Construction Oversee the construction so it is built on time, at the agreed price and at the agreed quality.

  7. Art Project Details Aims: To commission a piece of artwork from goldsmiths that ‘commemorates the heritage of the locality’ Organise, run and judge competition with the help of Goldsmiths Successfully install artwork at the site on time, within budget and to the required quality.

  12. Art Project Details Judging: • City Style Homes, Goldsmiths Art and Visual Cultures departments and Lewisham Council Budget: • £10,000 for the artwork to be produced and installed,. • £6,200 for Goldsmiths Support Team • £2000 for the winner.

  13. Art Project Details Physical and Technical restraints: Materials Installation Timings Maintenance It must be durable with a maintenance free life cycle of 10 years Light enough to be installed on the structural support you require, if any. It will be at ground floor level and must be safe for residents and members of the public to be around.
