Strategies will drive the work of the three groups in line with the Business Plan priorities • Teaching and Learning • Literacy and numeracy • Raising Teacher performance/ HR • Physical Literacy • Supporting learning • Inclusion strategic planning • Behaviour • Attendance • ALN • Reducing the link between poverty and deprivation • Leading learning • Middle leaders • Improving teachers • (6 week) • Governor support and engagement • School Leadership – executive or federation/ leading small schools • High reliability schools • Alliance HE • Challenge Advisers • NPQH • HLTA All will work towards implementing this cycle of BP and planning for next

Business Plan Priorities • Teaching and Learning • To raise standards as measured by teacher assessments at the end of the Foundation Phase, Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 • To accelerate the improvement of GCSE outcomes in ERW, particularly the Level 2 Threshold including En/We + Ma • To raise standards in numeracy and literacy • To improve the quality of learning and teaching in schools within the region • Supporting learning • Improve the performance of pupils in receipt of free school meals • To improve attendance within the individual Local Authorities within the consortium • To improve the quality of safeguarding across the consortium Leading learning • To improve the quality of leadership across the consortium • Quality Assurance and the Professional Development of System Leaders

Accountability and Quality Assurance • Chairs of Priority Boards are members of Delivery Board • Members also from the Headteacher Board • Focused and effective use of time • Clear line of sight • Monthly Hub Discussions • X2 Chief Education Officers • Standard agendas • Monitoring reports – school level, Estyn prep • Listening to learners • HT feedback • Schools causing concern • Complaints and positive feedback • 45m followed by 45 m Hub Lead
