Do you feel safety? • The author said, Large-Scale technological systems’ accidents have been attributed to ‘ Human (operator) error.’ • There are 2 main categories of human factors (micro-and macro-ergonomics) causes - Design stage - Operating Stage 3. We could not avoid the accidents completely.

  3. Do you feel safety? <Question> ER at the hospital, there are many instruments (e.g.) monitor to check the vital signs automatic infusion pomp camera to watch patients - What kind of accidents could be caused by Human errors? - As a medical worker, How can we try to prevent the accidents?

Do you feel safety? <Questions for skim> • In the case of UN, the members’ countries are prejudiced against some powerful countries. • Do you believe that the UN system can lead to peace and happiness for all over the world? • Some countries are watched and interfered by other countries. • What do you think about the relation between liberty and threat (when nations are involved)?
