Polysaccharide Storage Myopathy • Problem with adding fat – some horses with PSSM are overweight • Try forage alone • If more DE needed add source of fat • Vegetable oil – 600 mL or 2.5 cups max • Rice bran – 2 kg or 4.5 lb max
