Our plan is to get the entire area of the kitchen (B*H), get the area of all of the cabinets together, and then to subtract the cabinets area by the entire kitchens area (k-c). OUR PLAN
10ft. Cabinets 2ft. 8ft. Cabinets 5ft. 13ft 3ft. Cabinets 2ft. 4ft. The measurement of all of the sides of the cabinets 18ft
The work we had to do to come up with the area of the kitchen and the cabinets. (18=width of kitchen) 18*13= 234 (234=area of whole kitchen) (13=height of kitchen) 234-42=195 (195=without cabinets) trapezoid cabinet= (B+b)H/2=5+4*2/2=9 (42=area of cabinets)
The number of hours it will take to complete the job in all would be 13 hours. (4= the minutes to install each sq. foot tile) (780/60= 13 hours) 195*4=780 • (195=without cabinets)
Other costs and expression to represent the cost of your expenses if the customer chooses a tile that costs (t) dollars per square foot. $t*195 square feet
Since it will be $8 per tiled square you will have to multiply that by the kitchens area minus the cabinets. 10ft Cabinets 2ft 8ft 5ft Cabinets $8*195=$1,560.00 13ft 3ft Cabinets 2ft 4ft 18ft 234 square feet in all 42 square feet in cabinets 195 square feet without cabinets 18*13=234 234-42=195
