  1. Multiplying with Multi-digit problems I can multiply multi-digit numbers using whole numbers. I can use the standard method to solve multi-digit multiplication problems.

Multiplication Vocabulary • Multiplication: multiplication is repeated addition. • Product Theanswerto a multiplicationproblem.(producto) • FactorA numberthatismultipliedbyanothernumbertofind a product. (factor)Ex: 4 x 6 = 24, 4 and 6 are factors of 24 • Multiple : A number that is the product of the given number. Example: 5, 10, 15, and 20 are all multiples of 5. • Estimation: Finding a value that is close enough to the right answer, usually with some thought or calculation involved.
