  21. Assign Organizations Company, Cost Center, Union Role, Not Student, KFS Org… * Multi-payroll indicator: • Multi Company • Multi Paygroup • Multi Company AND Multi Paygroup

  22. Assign Paygroup The paygroup for any additional job MUST match the paygroup on the Primary job. If they differ – e.g., an employee’s primary job is semi-monthly, and they take a non-exempt position - you must identify the paygroup for the hourly position as semi-monthly. AND indicate *Multi Paygroup on the Assign Organizations page. * This org assignment must be done for ALL positions.
