  2. Can killer whales be dangerous to people ? No. They can be trained in to do certain tricks in aquarium shows, but have had instances where they attacked the trainer. They are the top predator in the ocean (even great white sharks give them a wide birth), they are highly intelligent, hunt in groups called pods and can communicate with each other like dolphins.

  3. What is the population Of killer whales Researchers are not quite sure how many Killer whales there are since their habitat is so varied. However, it is known that there are more than 180,000 Killer whales in existence

  4. How long is a killer Whale and how much do They wheigh Killer whales are medium sized whales. The male grows an average of 30 feet or more and the female grows to be 18 feet long. The average weight of a killer whale is about 9 tons
