The Bio-Analyzer Web System selects the records with the highest document or biometric similarity index from the Suspects’ DB, i.e., those records with the highest fraud probability (either because 2 different persons have used the same document – document fraud – or because there are two records of the same person ). BioMatchersBioCreators 1 – ENROLL PROCESS. Collection of voter’s fingerprints to construct the minutae to be stored in the Oracle ABIS DB. The process follows specific selection criteria (e.g. 1st records with high fraud probability, 2nd by geographic regions, etc.) 2 – ANALYSIS PROCESS. Comparison 1: N fingerprint voter targeting criteria (gender and age). Data is stored in the DB of Biometric Suspects (the 15 records with higher biometric similarity are stored for every compared thread).
