  2. Bella Rome was at war with Alba Longa. Each side has a set of triplets. Leaders agree that war will be decided though contest between the brothers.

  3. Horatii et Curiatii The Horatii were Roman. The Curiatii were Alban.

  4. Pugnare While fighting 2 Horatii brothers die. All of the Curiatii brothers are injured, each to a worse degree. The last Horatii spreads the brothers out so that he can have a chance and kills them one by one.

  5. Revenis ad Romam When the remaining Horatii brother returned to Rome he took trophies from the Curiatii. His sister saw him carrying a cloak that she made for her husband, one of the Curiatii. She could not hide her grief so her brother killed her. He believed nobody should care for them.
