Background • Landlord Business ran out of Mr. Lam’s home in Buffalo, NY. • Provides housing leases to tenants • Ensures that these tenants make regular payments on their leases. • Housing units in Buffalo, Amherst, Clarence, and Tonawanda. • Current manual recording process is inefficient • Several business problems
