  2. John Davis • John Davis was born in January 18, 1971 in Bakersfield, CA • John Davis is the vocalist for the Nu Metal band, Korn. As well as being Korn's lead singer, he has also played drums and bagpipes. • He was also the last person to join the band. • As a child, Davis was sexually molested by a close friend of his family. The song Daddy is about this abuse and the fact that his parents didn't believe it was happening. Rick Davis (John’s father) has stated that the abuse was perpetrated, surprisingly, by a woman. Jonathan and his father said that they would never tell who this woman is. • Davis suffered from asthma as a child, having a near fatal attack at the age of 5 which hospitalized him. • Davis has been sober from drugs and alcohol since August 22, 1998. He has stated that he gave them up.

  3. Fieldy • Fieldy was born in November 2, in Bakersfield, CA • He got the nickname Fieldy when he was younger because he had large chipmunk cheeks. People used to call him 'Gopher', then 'Garr', then 'Garfield' then finally, 'Fieldy'. • Fieldy is the bassist of Korn. • He designs all of the Korn merchandise (t-shirts, stickers, and hats) • Fieldy’s dad and John Davis’ Dad played in a band together in the early 70’s • He was also responsible for gathering up all the members of Korn

  4. James ‘Munky’ Shaffer • James 'Munky' Shaffer was born in June 6,1970, in Rosedale, CA • He started to play guitar when he severed his left index finger in a three wheeler accident. The doctors suggested he do something to rehabilitate his finger. So Munky automatically thought guitar. • Sometime later, he joined a band with his friend Brian 'Head' Welch, which also included soon to be Korn members. • He got his nickname "Munky" from his monkey-like feet.
