  3. [STEP 1] [STEP 2] iPhone’s Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account Tap Microsoft Exchange * Email : Enter your E-mail address Ex) george@hk.hanjin.com * Password : G/W password * Description : enter the account’s information freely. Ex) GW mail or Company mail etc.

[STEP 3] [STEP 4] • Email : Enter your E-mail address • Server : Select to edit your mail server by your region 1) exchange.us.hanjin.com 2) exchange.eu.hanjin.com3) exchange.cn.hanjin.com 4) exchange.hanjin.com • Domain : hanjin.com • Username : your system ID (G/W LID) • Password : G/W password • Description : enter the account’s information freely.      Ex) GW mail or Company mail etc. You can set synchronization part as personal purpose.

  5. [STEP 5] • Don’t use ‘push’ function and set ‘off’ the data update.Pls use the ‘manual’ option at ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’ menu.

  8. [STEP 3 ] [STEP 4] Input your ‘E-mail address’ , ‘password’ (GID’s password) Click ‘Next’. Click ‘Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync’.

  9. [STEP 5] [STEP 6] • Domain\username : hanjin＼your GW system ID • Password : GID password • ExchangeServer • Select to edit your mail server by your region 1) exchange.us.hanjin.com 2) exchange.eu.hanjin.com 3) exchange.cn.hanjin.com 4) exchange.hanjin.com • Use secure connection (SSL)Enable • Click ‘Next’. Click ‘Cancel’ for Manual Setting

  10. [STEP 7] [STEP 8] • Click ‘OK’. Click ‘Continue’.

  11. [STEP 9] [STEP 10 ] Click ‘Activate’. Choose personal sync options (sync schedule : At least 1 hour or more, or manual) Don’t check Sync SMS and unnecessary item Click‘Next’.

  12. [STEP 11] [STEP 12] • Read your mail list • Input name of account • ex)GW Mail • Click ‘Done’.
