Some good varieties based on exploring at Räpina In open field: • ‘Hasanski Sladki’ • ‘Albo Varheaja’ Beside southern walls: • ‘Adalmiina’ (‘ES 6-16-30’) • ‘Madeleine Royal’ (from Latvia) In unheated greenhouses: • ‘Swenson White’ • ‘Jokke’ (‘PRK 13-32’)
‘Hasanski Sladki’ (‘Varajane Sinine’) is winterhardy, its berries ripen very early. ‘Albo Varheaja’ is winterhardy, its berries persist long time in storage room. 1. Varieties to open field
‘Adalmiina’ (‘ES 6-16-30) is winterhardy, has good taste and its berries persist long time in storage room. ‘Madeleine Royal’ (from Latvia) is V.vinifera but it has survived –25 C without cover in greenhouse. 2. Varieties to southern walls
‘Swenson White’ (‘ES 6-1-43’) is winterhardy and has valuable berries. ‘Jokke’ (‘PRK 13-32’) is winterhardy and fruitful but needs long time for ripening. 3. Varieties to unheated greenhouses
