  8. The Great Dessert Auction All of this money supplements the High School Color Guard.

  9. How Can I Help? • Work in the Concession Stand • Volunteer to help in band office • Volunteer as a Chaperone on trips • Work at local and All-Region Band Events 5. Volunteer to assist with other fundraisers

Concession Stand • We have the concessions at all Lake Hamilton football, basketball, and track events. • All of this money benefits LH Band Students. • All Junior & Senior High students must work at least one event. • Parent Sign-Up’s are in the hall, or turn in the sign-up sheets that will be sent home. • The contact person is Vicki Cole.

  11. Money All fees are due! Please make sure of the following: • Checks are made payable to LH Band • Write your child’s first and last name on the memo line • Send separate check for siblings If you send cash, please send exact money only, we do not have any change.

  12. Fundraiser Cookie Dough Forms are due on Monday!!! Delivery will be on September 28!!!

  15. Beginning Band • We will begin with instruments TOMORROW!!! • PLEASE encourage your children to practice!!!! • Concert December 7th • Concert May 5th • Solo Contest TBA

  16. Beginning Band • Emily Hall Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, and Sax • Bryan Field Trumpet, Horn, Trombone, Baritone, and Tuba • Ryan Alexander Percussion

  17. Middle School Band • Cookie Dough is due on Monday • All-Region Band Sectionals start 1st week in October • All-Region Auditions December 4th • Concert Dates: Christmas Concert December 9 Pre-Region Concert March 3rd (Clothing) Region Contest March 11 Spring Concert May 3rd

Junior High Band • Money is past due for uniform and instrument supplies • Medical and Information Forms are past due • Schedule of Events has been handed out • Handbook forms are due Friday • Cookie Dough order forms are due Monday • First Game/Performance is next Thursday, meeting in the band room at 6:00 • Contest this year: Forrest City Invitational, Oct. 23rd • Expecting Great Things Yet Again!!!

  19. High School Band • Money is past due. • Hand book forms are due on Friday • Physical, Information, and Medical Forms are past due!!! • First game is at away next Friday, September 3rd, vs. LR Hall • Trip information is sent out • A contest and football schedule has been sent home already.
