It seems like a good idea, right? The problem is that most of these people have experience, and have forgotten what it's like to start out.
When you have some experience under your belt, maybe these forums are the place to turn to.
If you don't have a lot of time, or a lot of patience, you could get someone else to build the site for you.
This costs money. Not only for the initial set-up but for any ongoing maintenance of the site.
