Hospital Organization Struktur rumah sakit bertujuan untuk efisiensi dan mempermudah pelaksaan dari rumah sakit itu sendiri Divisi yang ada memiliki tanggung jawab Dua divisi besar yang ada di rumah sakit: divisi medis dan divisi administrasi Semakin tinggi seseorang dalam struktur maka semakin besar kewenangannya
