  2. Methodology • 12 item, Web-based survey • Administered over 2 weeks (Oct 5 – 28, 2010) • 4 email solicitations • Lists from ACP, SHM, local = 125 email contacts • 9 moved, duplicates, non-hospitalists • 19 bounced • 97 remaining • 33 responses (34% response rate)

  5. What additional activities of the New Mexico Chapter of ACP or SHM would be useful to you? • Letting me know when the meetings are would be nice. I've asked several times to be included but you seem to ignore those of us outside of Albuquerque • Would be interested in educational meeting if Pediatric focused • I think education of the hospitalists should be a key focus, then second most best methods used to ensure good practice • More ICU training workshops • Mechanical ventilator management course • Sharing of guidelines, joint educational activities, socials?
