Condylomata accuminata • LR-HPV (6 en 11): incubatie 3 weken -8 maanden (clearance 2 jaren) • Risico: Immunosuppressie, wisselende contacten • Klachten: jeuk, brandende sensatie, bloedverlies, pijn en afscheiding, cosmetisch • Diagnose: gladde papuleus tot verruceuze structuur • Cave: inspectie vagina, cervix en anus!!
