  2. How Google decides organic rankings? • There are several things that affect the website rankings. Google uses more than 200 factors to define the website rankings. But all the factors don’t have same importance. Here I am suggesting few factors that have good importance in website’s ranking.

  3. Keyword in description tag • The same goes to the description tag. It should contain the desired keywords so that the website can rank with the related searches.

  4. Keywords in title tag • The title tag on the website should have the keywords. This will help your website to rank your website faster.

  5. Keyword in H1 tag • Don’t forget to add keywords in the H1 tag. It also has great importance in deciding website’s rank in SERPs.

  6. Using keywords in the content • Using keywords in the content is a very good way to get good rankings. The content should good, unique and informative. Duplicate content can paralyze the website.

  7. Duplicate content • Duplicate content is not good for website at all. If the content is not unique the website might get paralyzed as well.

  8. Image Optimization • Not only text but images and other media also need optimization. This affects the website speed that is also a good ranking factor.

  9. Length of the content • Content should be in proper amount, as much the content will be, it will be good for the website. Means the website should have good amount of content too.

  10. Canonical tag • If two URLs have same content it cannot be avoided completely. To prevent this issue a canonical tag can be used on the website. This tag indicates Google that both the pages are equivalent and not duplicate.
