  2. GMCR History • 1980 Founder Bob Stiller gets a great cup of coffee in Waitsfield, Vermont and buys into the coffee shop. • 1981 Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (GMCR) incorporates. • 1993 GMCR goes public on Sept. 21,1993. Stock opens at $10 (pre stock splits). • 1997 Green Mountain Coffee® is the first roaster brand to offer coffee in a K-Cup® portion pack for the Keurig ® Single Cup Brewing system. • 1998 GMCR closes retail stores to focus on wholesale business. • 1998 Keurig’s® first single cup brewer for the office is delivered. • 2003 Keurig’s® first at-home brewer, the B100, is launched.

  3. GMCR History cont. • 2006 Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (GMCR) acquires Keurig, Incorporated. • 2006/7 GMCR is the first company to be named #1 on list of “100 Best Corporate Citizens” two years in a row. • 2007 Keurig launches the B130, Keurig’s® first in-room single cup hotel brewer. • 2009 GMCR acquires the Tully’s Coffee® brand and wholesale business. • 2009 GMCR acquires the Timothy’s World Coffee® brand and wholesale business. • 2010 GMCR acquires Diedrich Coffee, Inc. • 2010 GMCR acquires Van Houtte.
