  3. information • The community has a total of 36 members • Open to new members • Homes sit on a 26 acre land • Total of 14 houses and 2 condos • Members have to do community to work

  4. Information • Land is owned my community members • The community has no leader • Owners have monthly HOA fees • Small join fee • Since 1999 they only made changes to one unit • Solar Pv system powers all electricity

  5. Information • Private school and public off property • Tobacco and alcohol is prohibited • Dinner club every Wednesday • Community is primarily vegetarian • Over 80 fruit trees on the land
