Taste of India Ingredients • 3 tablespoons olive oil • 5 tablespoons curry powder • 1 small onion • 2 small potatoes • 1 small carrot • 1 cup of chopped ham • 3 cups of water
Taste of India • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Recipe step 1.
Taste of India • Saute onion, carrot, ham and potatoes until onion is clear. Recipe step 2.
